T-Base Consulting GmbH

T-Base Consulting is a business development and marketing/communications firm with a broad expertise in both the digital and analog worlds. The team has been working for companies, startups, public institutions and foundations since 2011, and advises on such diverse topics as restructuring, PR, networking and complex multi-stakeholder processes.

T-Base has conceptualized, implemented and moderated events from small workshops and roundtable discussions to large-scale events with several thousand participants. In the context of BLUE PLANET Berlin Water Dialogues, T-Base is tasked with managing the event from A-Z, including the implementation of all work packages, as well as with the ongoing coordination and support of partners and external service providers.

Founded in the year 2000 in Berlin, eclareon is a consulting firm working internationally to support public and private institutions engaged in the fields of renewable energy, energy efficiency, climate policies, water management, waste management and circular economy solutions.

We support companies by identifying new business opportunities and creating strategic plans for market entry. We assess for them new country markets and identify business partners by fact-finding missions, network events, issue-specific workshops, and international conferences. In addition, we develop customized business and financial models to identify suitable financing schemes for the projects and operations of our customers.

For our public clients we regularly provide research and analysis of legislative frameworks at European and global levels. Our team, which is skilled in the languages of all Member States of the European Union, excels in examining political, economic, financial and legal frameworks. Furthermore, we model and assess market support scheme designs about their impacts on employment and other socio-economic benefits.


German Water Partnership e.V.

German Water Partnership e.V. is the only network in the German water sector with an international focus and unites around 350 companies, trade associations and institutions from business, science and research. The aim of German Water Partnership is to develop and strengthen bilateral and multilateral cooperation, which is implemented, among other things, through joint events, trade fair appearances or delegation trips. For this purpose, German Water Partnership works closely with many international partners and since its founding in 2008 cooperates with five federal ministries.


Kompetenzzentrum Wasser Berlin gGmbh

Kompetenzzentrum Wasser Berlin (KWB) is a non-profit water research centre based in Berlin. Our shareholders are Berliner Wasserbetriebe and Technologiestiftung Berlin. Our statutory mandate is the promotion of science, research and development in the water sector. All our research projects dealing with intelligent water management focus on applicable results.  To meet our goals we engage in networks to exchange between professional actors in the national and international water sector. We develop research projects by crosslinking future topics like digitization, resource efficiency, energy and climate resilience with the traditional fields of the urban water cycle such as groundwater, water/wastewater technology, sewer management and surface water protection. In close cooperation with our national and international partners from science, industry and administration, we carry out the projects and release the results to the public.
