European water service providers’ day to day task is providing safe drinking water and treating waste water for our society. I am very much committed to exploring the benefits of artificial intelligence in improving these services. How can AI support water utilities in organisation and management? What can be the value of AI in water industries’ processes? What are the limits of AI we should be aware of?

I am happy to share the needs and expectations of the European water sector towards innovative smart solutions, having in mind the huge challenges facing water service providers, such as managing long-term assets in a fast-changing environment or moving towards resource-efficient and climate-neutral water services.
